I phoned Smart Gas when my boiler broke down. Jason came the same day, advised me that a new Worcester boiler was advisable. He has now installed it, was very professional and when installed, he explained everything to me. Although a very wet day, he left my house spotless and he was extremely pleasant and efficient.
