Out Of Hours Emergencies

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

We class emergency work as :

An emergency is

1. 1. A leak that they cannot contain that is causing significant damage.
   2. A toilet that is not working and it is the only toilet in the property (please note, if it is simply not flushing a bucket of water can be used to flush the toilet pan through. If the toilet is blocked, then it might be that a drain specialist will be able to attend).
   3. No heating or hot water where there is a vulnerable person in the property, e.g. a baby, elderly person or someone with disabilities.
   4. CO alarm sounding.

We don’t need to attend

1. If there is a smell of gas, then please call SGN on 0800 111 999
2. If there is no water to the property and the surrounding properties are also without water. Scottish Water can be contacted on 0800 077 8778 to see if there is a local problem

All call-outs that we attend will be charged at double our standard hourly rate.
